Forbidden Act in Kinships.

In the Holy Quran, Allah Almighty has established boundaries for marriage that safeguard this sacred bond. It is precisely these boundaries that uphold justice, peace and sanctity within married life, while also ensuring the continuity of human life.

When a person transgresses these boundaries, the lamp of modesty and shame begins to fade, and they move towards a forbidden act in kinships—acts that tarnish society's standards of purity. Consequently, the robust social structure—built upon trust, morality, and purity—gradually collapses. Therefore, adherence to these boundaries is the true guarantee of the family's survival and social stability.

1. Marriage with an Infidel or a polytheist is forbidden.

Marriage between an Infidel or polytheist (whether male or female), is forbidden. In the sight of God, those who persist in disbelief are neither pure in this world, nor will God purify them in the Hereafter.

Q-24:26

Impure women are for impure men, and impure men are for impure women. Pure women are for pure men, and pure men are for pure women. These (the righteous) are free from what they say. For them is forgiveness and honor.

God says: If a believing man or woman marries a polytheist or a disbeliever, it would be better for him to marry a believing slave (male or female). Because the path of the non-Muslim is the path to Hell, and the path of the believer is the path to God and Paradise.

Q-02:221

Do not marry polytheist women until they believe in God. A believing slave woman is better than a polytheist woman, even if you like that polytheist woman. And do not marry your women to polytheistic men until they believe in God.
A believing slave man is better than a polytheistic man, even if you like that polytheist man. Such people invite toward the Fire, while God invites—by His permission—toward Paradise and forgiveness. He makes His signs clear to the people so that they may reflect and take heed.
